Bob Pittman Chairman and CEO

Bob Pittman is Chairman and CEO of iHeartMedia, Inc., America’s #1 audio company, serving as CEO since 2011 and Chairman since 2013.

He is the co-founder and programmer who led the team that created MTV and has been CEO of MTV Networks, AOL Networks, Six Flags Theme Parks, Quantum Media, Century 21 Real Estate, and Time Warner Enterprises. He went on to become COO of America Online, Inc. and later of AOL Time Warner; founding member of the New York-based Pilot Group investment firm; and co-founder of Casa Dragones tequila.

Pittman’s career in audio began at age 15 as an on-air radio announcer in his native Mississippi. His recognitions include induction into the Advertising Hall of Fame and the Broadcasting and Cable Hall of Fame; AdWeek’s first “Media Visionary” award; and the fashion industry’s Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Award. He is the former Chairman of the Board of the New York Public Theater and also of the New York-focused poverty-fighting Robin Hood Foundation.

Rich Bressler President, COO & CFO

Rich Bressler was appointed as our President and Chief Financial Officer in July 2013 and as our Chief Operating Officer in February 2015. Prior to joining iHeartMedia, he was a Managing Director at THL. Prior to joining THL, his experience included serving as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Viacom, Inc., as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Time Warner Digital Media and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Time Warner Inc. Prior to joining Time Inc., he was a partner with Ernst & Young LLP.

Rich has been a member of our Board of Directors since May 2007. He also serves on the Boards of Civic Entertainment, Seacrest Global Group, LLC and Gartner, Inc. He has previously served as a member of the boards of directors of, Nielsen Holdings B.V. and Warner Music Group Corp. and as a member of the J.P. Morgan Chase National Advisory Board.

Kareem Chin Sr. VP Investor Relations

Prior to joining iHeartMedia, Mr. Chin was the VP of Investor Relations at Viacom and previously spent more than a decade in investment banking, including serving as Senior Vice President of Investment Banking – Media & Telecommunications Group at Jefferies and as Vice President of Investment Banking – Mergers and Acquisitions at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc.

Wendy Goldberg EVP and Chief Communications Officer

Goldberg has more than 20 years of experience in providing management and strategic counsel to companies and their senior leaders. Prior to iHeartMedia, Goldberg served as a VP of Business Development for Hearst Entertainment & Syndication; Senior Vice President of Communications for Six Flags; and Vice President of Communications at America Online and then at AOL Time Warner.

Steven J. Macri CFO, iHM & SVP Corp. Finance, iHM Inc.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Macri served as Chief Financial Officer for LogicSource Inc, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Warner Music Group Corp. Mr. Macri’s experience includes various financial roles at Gartner, Inc. and he began his career at Price Waterhouse LLP.

Paul McNicol EVP and General Counsel

McNicol has served as Senior Vice President of AOL Time Warner Global Marketing Solutions Group and as Senior Vice President of America Online’s Interactive Marketing Division. McNicol was also Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Real Estate Division of the Cendant Corporation, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Six Flags Theme Parks, Inc.

Steve Mills Global Chief Information Officer

Mills has held CIO positions at Motorola Mobility and Rackspace. His experience also includes serving as Vice President of Enterprise Systems for T-Mobile USA, Director of Technology Delivery for Texas Online and senior roles at BearingPoint, Inc., Alex eBanking, Intelligent Technologies, Berkom USA, pcOrder. com and E-Systems.

Joe Robinson President, iHeartMedia Ventures

Robinson has over 20 years of investment and management experience in both public-and venture-backed companies. Some of his achievements include founding InterWorld Corporation and Halo Venture Partners. Robinson has served as a director and senior executive at several well-known media companies including UGO networks, Spongecell Inc., Scout Media Inc. and A Small World, Inc.

John Sykes President, Entertainment Enterprises

Sykes was a cofounder of MTV, President of VH1, President of Network Development for MTV, CEO of Infinity Broadcasting (now CBS Radio), EVP of Acquisitions for EMI Music Publishing and President of Chrysalis Records.

Gayle Troberman EVP and Chief Marketing Officer

Troberman leverages the company’s extensive range of content, experiences and technologies to bring brands together in new ways with consumers across all of the company’s businesses, iHeartMedia’s 859 radio stations and iHeartRadio. Troberman is a marketing innovator and visionary. Prior to iHeartMedia, she served as Chief Marketing and Ideas Officer for IPG Mediabrands; before that, she spent 16 years at Microsoft, first launching Internet startups and building the first branded entertainment team online, and then as their Chief Creative Officer, overseeing their portfolio of brands and global advertising campaigns across consumer and business-to-business products, including Windows, Office, Bing, and XBOX.

Tres Williams EVP Business Affairs

Prior to iHeartMedia, Williams was General Counsel of music tech startup Thumbplay, which was acquired by to iHeartMedia in 2011. Prior to this, he held positions at eMusic.com, The Orchard, Zomba Group and Sony BMG.

Hartley Adkins President, Integrated Revenue Strategy

Adkins has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the radio industry. His prior roles at iHeartMedia include President of Revenue Strategy, President of Corporate Operations, President of North East Divisions, EVP of Major Markets, EVP of Operations, Major Markets West and SVP of Operations for the South East Region. He serves on the Radio Board of Directors for the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), and is Past Chair of the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB).

Greg Ashlock President, iHeartMedia Markets Group

A 21 year media veteran, Ashlock has served as iHeartMedia’s President of the West Division, Southern California President, EVP Operations for the Markets Group and Los Angeles Market President. Previously, Ashlock was a General Manager for Clear Channel Communications, a Sales Manager for Jacor and Director of Sponsorships for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Tim Castelli President, National Sales, Marketing & Partnerships Group

Castelli previously served as Senior Vice President of Sales for AOL’s Eastern US Region, the Technology Industry Director for Google, the publisher of Rolling Stone Magazine and spent 13 years at Ziff Davis Media in various management positions.

Darren Davis President, iHeartRadio & iHeartMedia Networks Group

Davis has spent over 25 years at iHeartMedia and Clear Channel Communications. His prior leadership roles include serving as EVP/GM of National Programming, SVP of National Distribution, and RVP of Programming for the Detroit and Chicago Regions.

Mark Gray CEO, Katz Media Group

Mark Gray is Chief Executive Officer of Katz Media Group, the nation’s largest media representation company. Gray has been a leader in the media industry for more than 30 years. As CEO, Mark oversees Katz’s radio, television, and digital companies to drive results for its broadcast partners and the nation’s top brands. During his tenure, Mark has served in various capacities with Katz, including General Sales Manager; President of the Katz Radio division; and President of Katz Radio Group.

Brian Kaminsky President, Revenue & Data Operations

Prior to iHeartMedia, Kaminsky served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of The Huffington Post. He has also served as the Vice President of Global Revenue Operations for Reuters Media and as Director of Operations and Business Manager at Yahoo!.

Michele Laven President, Strategic Partnerships

Prior to her current role, Laven was iHeartMedia’s President of Business Development and Partnerships; Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships; and Vice President of Integrated Media for iHeartMedia Los Angeles. Prior to joining iHeartMedia, Laven was President and Chief Operating Officer of New Times Media (currently Village Voice Media).

Tom Poleman President, National Programming Group

Poleman is a 35 year veteran of the radio industry. He has been with iHeartMedia since 1996, starting at Z100 in New York City and now oversees programming and music strategy, talent development and artist relations for iHeartMedia’s 851 radio stations nationwide.
